I started this ministry in 2016 after my wife and I had been helping the original Bed Brigade in Circleville, Ohio and fell in love. I've seen God do some amazing things for HIM and I can't wait to see what He does next!

Hi there! My name is Allison Hardbarger-Milam, and I am the Chief Operating Officer of HIM. Since our humble beginnings in 2016, I've witnessed God grow our ministry from a single outreach operating out of a two car garage into a multi-outreach ministry that has touched over 700 lives and counting! We can't wait to see what else He has in store and look forward to continuing to serve you and our community!

Hi! My name is Diana Bartholomew and I am the older sister of Founder Ryan Hardbarger and COO Allison Milam. I enjoy being a part of something with my siblings to help better people's lives. We enjoy finding new ways to help the cause.

Hi! My name is Karissa Hardbarger and I get the cherished honor of being the wife of our Founder, Ryan Hardbarger. I would say my biggest role for this ministry is as Ryan’s supporter for all of his endeavors. Interceding on his behalf through prayer is a privilege of mine as I continue to watch God ignite new passions in him and open pathways for him. More recently, however, I have enjoyed spreading encouragement via the internet as a Social Media Director. I also love being a mama to our sweet kiddos, writing and playing music, and reading a good book.
